The central locking system for Fawo Castles RV tech's system allows for the simultaneous opening and locking of multiple storage compartment doors on motorhomes, thus providing significantly more convenience and security in everyday use. It was specifically developed for vehicles equipped with Fawo storage compartment locks.
The locking mechanisms are discreetly integrated into the existing locks and do not alter the appearance or the familiar feel of the flaps. The central locking system allows multiple exterior flaps to be secured or unlocked simultaneously, without having to open each flap individually.
With just one touch of a button, up to eight storage compartment doors can be locked or unlocked simultaneously. Using optional V-cables, the system can even be expanded to up to sixteen doors. Operation is conveniently controlled via the vehicle key, a switch in the interior, or optionally via a separate remote control.
The technology is designed for longevity. High-quality materials, very low quiescent current, and a design rated for over 100,000 switching cycles ensure reliable operation for many years.
The retrofit is designed for practical use and can be completed in just a few hours with some basic DIY skills. This makes it easy and practical to equip an existing motorhome with a convenient central locking system for the storage compartment doors.

If your roof window looks like the one in the photo below from the inside, it is the older MIDI HEKI model.
This differs from the current model only in the older inner frame, where the crank is surrounded by an oval cover.
In order to install our drive unit, you will need to shorten the holder for the grey rotary control on the back slightly and screw it onto the oval cover in place of the crank:
