We hereby declare that the electrical and electronic products developed and placed on the market by RV tech for use in motorhomes, when used as intended, comply with the basic requirements of the applicable European directives.

Depending on the product category, the following European legal regulations may apply in particular:

• Directive 2014/30/EU on electromagnetic compatibility
• Directive 2014/35/EU Low Voltage Directive
• Directive 2011/65/EU on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment
• Directive 2006/42/EC Machinery Directive, where applicable
• Directive 2014/53/EU Radio Equipment Directive, where applicable

The conformity of the respective products is ensured through an internal risk analysis, technical documentation and, where applicable, through testing in accordance with applicable harmonized standards.
