General terms and conditions of business

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the business relationship between RV tech, owner Prof. Dr.-Ing. Tim Nosper, Raueneggstraße 29/1, D-88212 Ravensburg, and the customer. This applies in particular to all products offered on the website at the URL https://www.rv-tech.de and its associated subpages. RV tech does not recognize any conflicting or deviating terms and conditions unless their validity is expressly agreed to in writing.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer.

After the order is received, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not yet constitute acceptance. The purchase agreement is only concluded upon confirmation of shipment or delivery of the goods.

We will save the contract text. The order details will be sent to the customer by email. The contract language is German.

§ 3 Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of RV tech, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Tim Nosper, Raueneggstraße 29/1, D-88212 Ravensburg, until full payment has been received.

§ 4 Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer. Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable. Delivery will be made via GLS or a comparable shipping provider.

If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be refunded.

§ 5 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a designated third party receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of his decision by means of a clear declaration.

The consumer bears the return shipping costs, provided they have been informed of this in advance.

§ 6 Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros, including VAT, plus shipping costs. The prices valid at the time of ordering apply.

In case of late payment, statutory default interest rates apply.

§ 7 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. The limitation period is two years from receipt of the goods.

§ 8 Limitation of Liability

RV tech is fully liable for injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, RV tech is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence resulting in a breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

§ 9 Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Ravensburg, provided the customer is a merchant.

Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
