Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days after declaring your withdrawal.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods or sealed products if the seal has been removed after delivery.
